Boston Ivy. A Vigorous, self clinging, deciduous climber with green leaves that turn brilliant crimson and purple in Autumn. Tricuspidata = 3 lobed leaves. Makes an impressive display in summer and autumn. if growing on a building, keep the climber trimmed back from windows, gutters, doorways and painted surfaces..To control the eventual 6m+ spread, cut back hard in November,or once all the foliage has been dropped. Summer prune where necessary. Grow in full sun -partial shade and a light well drained soil. Will tolerate most soil types.
